The Statue of Liberation Through Christ - The New Statue of Liberation

THE STATUE OF LIBERATION THROUGH CHRIST is symbolic of America exalting God, the source of true peace, joy, happiness, and contentment in life. She leads us to the pathway of freedom in all areas of life: spiritual, mental, physical, financial, and relational. Her message is clear:

But to us there is but ONE GOD, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and ONE LORD JESUS CHRIST, by whom are all things, and we by him.
1 Corinthians 8:6

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is NONE OTHER NAME under heaven given among men, whereby we must be SAVED. Acts 4:12

LADY LIBERATION extends the cross of Christ high above her head proclaiming to the world man’s true source of full and complete liberation; and that America belongs to God through Jesus Christ

THE STATUE OF LIBERATION announces to our city, community and nation that Jesus Christ has come to free us from SIN, HABITS, ADDICTIONS, SICKNESS, DISEASE, HELL, SATAN, BONDAGE, LACK, POVERTY, FEAR, WORRY, BROKEN-HEARTEDNESS, EMOTIONAL PAIN, DISCOURAGEMENT, DEPRESSION, OPPRESSION, CURSES, OR ANYTHING DESIGNED BY THE KINGDOM OF DARKNESS.

She depicts and combines Christianity with patriotism to showcase the origins of God’s design for America. She stands over 72 feet at the corner of Winchester and Kirby Road in Memphis.

America was birthed out of desire for religious freedom and liberty. The Word of God tells us that God establishes nations for only one reason: to seek Him. (Acts 17:26)

This nation was designed by God to be a place where men, women, boys, and girls from every race, color, and creed could come and pursue God peaceably and worship Him as they so choose.

We praise God for Lady Liberty’s message of freedom from tyranny, dictatorship, communism, and monarchy; lighting her torch to mankind for freedom from physical restraint and allowing the positive enjoyment of various social, political, and economic rights and privileges.

Yet, Liberty’s message is still incomplete. It lacks spiritual liberty and significance. Millions find freedom from physical or social tyranny, yet they are enslaved in spiritual bondage and dictatorship by a spiritual enemy named Satan.

So where is America’s symbolism for God and His plan for man’s spiritual liberation? It is spiritual liberation that opens the door to man’s complete liberation in all other areas of life: physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially. (Romans 8:32, Matthew 6:33)
